Polycarboxylate acid water reducing agent (PCE), also known as polycarboxylate acid ether water reducing agent, is a new generation of high-performance concrete admixture. It is a water reducing agent with excellent performance integrating water reduction, slump retention, reinforcement, shrinkage and environmental protection. It is also an ideal admixture for formulating high-strength and high-performance concrete.   • As a professional PCE superplasticizer manufacturer in China, we can provide you with three different types of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, which are PCE powder, PCE (high water-reducing) liquid, PCE (high) liquid. Compared with naphthalene-based superplasticizers and common water reducers, PCE admixtures have many technical features.

    • PEC powder. PCE powder is a free-flowing sandy spray-dried powder. It has the characteristics of high fineness, good dispersion, low air content, good adaptability to various cements, and improved fluidity of mortar. It is a new generation of polycarboxylate polymers that can be used as superplasticizers for cement-based materials. Polycarboxylate powder is also an excellent dispersing plasticizer for mineral materials such as gypsum and ceramics.
    • PCE (high water reduction) liquid. PCE superplasticizer is a ready-to-use liquid superplasticizer. It is light yellow in appearance. Also, it can be completely watered easily. The water reduction efficiency of PCE concrete admixture can reach 25%. It is primarily used in the ready-mix concrete industry where maximum durability and performance are required.
    • PCE (high polycarboxylate) liquid. PCE-high slump retaining agent is a new generation of concrete superplasticizer. It contains polycarboxylate polymers and is specially formulated for ready-mix concrete where slump retention, high strength and durability are required in hot climates. It is chloride free and complies with SS EN 934, Retarded/High Range Water Reducer/Superplasticizer, and ASTM C 494 requirements for Types F and G, and is also compatible with all ASTM compliant cements. An ideal admixture for the ready-mix concrete industry, PCE superplasticizers have the ability to work at low water/cement ratios and still achieve extended slump retention to produce high quality concrete.
